HRBA serve as a consultant to management on human resources-related issues. Act as an employee champion and change agent.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES\xc2\xb7 Play a key HR leadership role in Campus Program in partnership with functional campus recruiting team\xc2\xb7 Support the HR manager on various key functional & HR projects and partnership with stakeholder groups.\xc2\xb7 Anchor the entire Onboarding process for the function in partnership with the functional core team\xc2\xb7 Partner with HRSS Candidate Experience process\xc2\xb7 Partner with Recruitment COE\xc2\xb7 Manage IJP process management in partnership with recruiting team and HR Lead\xc2\xb7 L&D - Partner with L&D COE on site programs\xc2\xb7 Partner with HR Manager and leadership in strategy development and execution\xc2\xb7 Any other functional initiatives like Talent Branding\xc2\xb7 End to end exit management \xe2\x80\x93 Conducting exit interviews, data updation and analysis, providing insights for functional decision making Employee connects\xc2\xb7 Data and Insights \xe2\x80\x93 Monthly and need basis, Dashboard updation, Attrition and Progression analysis\xc2\xb7 HR Operations \xe2\x80\x93 SPOC for Payroll, FFS, shift working, monitor allowance, remote working data, distlists\xc2\xb7 Employee Query management\xc2\xb7 External Benchmarking \xe2\x80\x93 need basis\xc2\xb7 Workday :-Partner with Global HR BOA, follow ups and tracking, Managing Org changes, Sup org creation, movements, cost center updations etc-Data Validation \xe2\x80\x93 Keeping workday up to date in partnership with ManagersMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education \xe2\x80\x93 Full Time graduation from an accredited university (Mandatory).
  • At least 2-4 years of relevant experience, with some experience in HR Business Partnering role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills with a focus on attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Strong technical skills with proficiency in Microsoft based applications and a willingness to learn other systems as needed
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and critical thinking skills \xe2\x80\x93 ability to prepare and analyze reports, translate data into recommendations and take appropriate action to achieve desired business results.
  • Ability to lead and manage projects independently.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in HR or related field
