We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Associate to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with limited experience who are passionate about starting a career in Human Resources. The HR Associate will support various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruitment and Onboarding:
• Assist in posting job openings on various job boards and company website.
• Screen resumes and schedule interviews with candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interview logistics.
• Prepare offer letters and employment contracts.
• Facilitate new hire onboarding processes, including orientation and training sessions.
• Employee Records Management:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS (Human Resource Information System).
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of employee-related paperwork.
• Assist in updating and maintaining HR policies and procedures.
• Employee Relations:
• Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide timely assistance.
• Support the HR team in addressing employee concerns and grievances.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
• HR Administration:
• Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Support performance appraisal and review processes.
• Generate HR reports and analytics as needed.
• Help with compliance audits and other HR projects.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the HR field.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous internship or work experience in HR or a related field.
• Familiarity with HR software and tools.
