Youxe2x80x99ll lead with purpose, breaking down barriers to innovation in a more connected, compassionate world.A Day in the LifeResponsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.As a Human Resource Associate for India, the role will be responsible for developing tools and templates to enhance the employee experience and help with implementation of HR policies and processes across a new site for Medtronic in Pune.xc2xb7 Supports the Senior HR Generalist with various HR activities and ad-hoc project work, to enable successful delivery of our HR strategic priorities and EVP.xc2xb7 Supports HRBO (shared services) in the creation and review of all Employment Contracts.xc2xb7 Act as a coordinator and lead for MiniMed employee onboarding from offer to start of employment.xc2xb7 Act as coordinator and lead for MiniMed HR Team to ASKHR (shared services) including any new process, system, tools that support employees.xc2xb7 Preparation of Ad hoc reports from Workday to support the HR function.xc2xb7 Provide centralized human resource services spanning payroll, benefits, and other transactions.xc2xb7 Acts as point of contact for internal projects (cross functional) that need to be more efficient and effective.xc2xb7 Support the performance management process, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and development plans in collaboration with Total Rewards.xc2xb7 Support the Talent Management initiatives in India in collaboration with Talent Management COExc2xb7 Support training needs and coordinate the delivery of training programs in collaboration with L&D.Required Knowledge and Experience:xc2xb7 A bachelorxe2x80x99s degree is required for this role.xc2xb7 Minimum 1 year of relevant experience is required.xc2xb7 Familiarity with HR best practices, policies, and procedures.xc2xb7 Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.xc2xb7 Knowledge of Indian labor laws, employment regulations, and statutory requirements.xc2xb7 Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.xc2xb7 Attention to detail, confidentiality, and a commitment to accuracy.xc2xb7 Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentPhysical Job RequirementsThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.Benefits & CompensationMedtronic offers a competitive Salary and flexible Benefits Package
