Job Description

The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have the ability to determine a candidate's potential through clever questions. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
• Conduct interviews via phone or in-person
• Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
• Supporting employee engagement initiatives and celebrations
• Proficiency to handle job portals like Indeed, Linkedin, etc.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment within the people team and across the organization.
• Ensuring smooth on-boarding process
• Coordinate with different departments to facilitate HR-related processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field.
• 6-8 months experience working in human resources.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with the Microsoft Office suite
• High energy and passion
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
