We are seeking a dynamic HR Associate to join our team and support our growing organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Source candidates using various methods, including job boards, social media, and networking.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
• Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of employee documentation and ensure timely filing of statutory reports.
• Monitor and manage employee attendance records.
• Handle leave management and ensure accurate tracking of leave balances.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Maintain up-to-date employee records and documentation.
• Utilize ATS software to manage the recruitment process and candidate database.
• Ensure data accuracy and maintain candidate records in the ATS.
• Support HR initiatives and programs to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
• Address employee queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in HR, specifically in the IT industry.
• Proven experience in IT recruitment and end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Knowledge of statutory compliances and labor laws.
• Experience in attendance management and HR policy implementation.
• Proficiency in using ATS software is a plus.
• Strong sourcing skills and ability to attract high-quality candidates.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
