The HR Associate is responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department and assisting with various HR functions. This role involves tasks related to recruitment, employee on boarding, HR record maintenance, benefits administration, and general HR-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support: Assist in posting job vacancies on various job boards and the company's career page. Screen resumes and applications, and schedule interviews with candidates. Coordinate interview logistics, including room reservations and interview panel availability. Conduct reference checks and background verification's as needed.
Onboarding and Offboarding: Assist with the on-boarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and training coordination. Prepare and maintain employee personnel files and ensure all required documentation is complete. Coordinate off boarding procedures, including exit interviews and collecting company property.
HR Record Keeping: Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Prepare reports and compile HR-related data as needed for analysis.
Assist in compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
Qualifications:
• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• 1 year experience in HR Recruiting.
• Knowledge of HR best practices, policies, and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
