We are seeking a Hospital Recruitment Analyst to join our HR team and contribute to our mission of maintaining exceptional patient care through top-tier talent acquisition. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospital recruitment, coupled with analytical skills and a commitment to identifying and attracting healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities:
• Utilize HR Analytics: Analyze hospital recruitment data using HR analytics tools to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improving our recruitment strategies and processes.
• Develop Recruitment Strategies: Assist in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies tailored to hospital settings, leveraging data-driven insights and understanding of healthcare industry needs.
• Candidate Sourcing and Screening: Source potential candidates through various channels, including healthcare-specific job boards, professional networks, and referrals. Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified healthcare professionals.
• Conduct Interviews and Assessments: Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews with healthcare candidates to assess clinical competencies, qualifications, and cultural fit.
• Interview Coordination: Coordinate and schedule interviews between healthcare candidates and hiring managers, ensuring alignment with hospital schedules and patient care needs.
• Maintain Recruitment Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records using hospital-specific ATS and MS Excel. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and confidentiality requirements.
• Collaboration and Support: Collaborate closely with hospital administrators, department heads, and HR team members to ensure a seamless recruitment process and alignment with hospital staffing needs.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in hospital-based recruitment, preferably within a healthcare setting.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with hospital-specific ATS systems.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements related to recruitment practices.
