Primary Roles and Responsibilities 01. Responsible for recruiting employees based on the requirements and effectively promoting manpower sourcing activities through various platforms. 02. Completing online application with mandatory documents and conducting interview for candidates. 03. Verifying the documents of selected candidates and initiating on-boarding process. 04. Conducting induction session for new employees on joining date to educate about organizational policies and procedures. 05. Responsible for issuing the uniforms and ID card for employees while joining and once annually. 06. Responsible for issuing visiting cards to concerned employees based on requests. 07. Maintaining and updating employees\' profiles and records regularly in HRMS. 08. Registering eligible employees in Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) website and seeding Universal Account Number (UAN) and Aadhaar number for respective employees and their family. 09. Collecting and updating employees\' family details (i.e., personal, dispensary, address, nominee, family, and bank details) in the ESIC portal and issuing E-Pehchan cards to insured person (IP). 10. Verifying and authenticating employee\xe2\x80\x99s time office records such as attendance, permissions, etc... 11. Conveying missed punch information to the employees on daily basis. 12. Verifying employee Leave, On-duty, Permission and comp-off requests and inform respective HODs regarding the pending approval. 13. Conducting various welfare committee meetings on time and properly maintaining meeting register. 14. Preparing and sharing minutes of meetings (MOM) to concerned committee members and higher authorities. 15. Addressing employee grievances promptly and communicating the resolved status to the higher authorities as well as relevant employees. 16. Responsible for organizing employee welfare activities like eye camp, vaccination camp, health check-up camp, etc\xe2\x80\xa6 17. Conducting exit interviews for relieving employees to gather feedback and information, submitting comprehensive reports to the HR Head. 18. Responsible for the timely recovery of organization belongings, obtaining no-dues certificates, and completing formalities from relieved employees, etc... 19. Ensuring all employees are following the policies and procedures while adhering to code of conduct of the organization. 20. Maintaining good relationship with all department employees. 21. Preparing and sharing MIS reports to higher authority regularly. 22.Preparing and sharing ad-hoc reports on periodically, as required. Secondary Roles and Responsibilities 01. Raising and approving various requests through IT Manage Engine such as new system, Email ID, user login, intercom, etc... 02. Verifying and approving travel Re-imbursement claims (TA) of employees. 03. Preparing security tea allowance report and share details along with bank files to the payroll department. 04. Preparing and verifying salary abstract, bank statements, and on-hold salary list with remarks as well as sharing it to the Payroll Team. 05. Responsible for handling employee statutory claims such as GPA, GMC, WC, etc\xe2\x80\xa6 and following up until the claim is settled. 06. Verifying showroom purchase receipt of the employees for the discount processing and sharing details to the payroll department. 07. Responsible for issuing the Calendar and Dairy for employees once annually.
