• Help with the day-to-day administration of HR responsibilities and tasks
• Offer administrative and secretarial assistance to Human Resources executives.
• assemble and maintain employee records (both hard copy and digital).
• Handle personnel-related paperwork and create reports (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance assessments etc)
• Organise HR initiatives (training, surveys, meetings, etc.) and record minutes Respond to inquiries from staff members on human resources matters, guidelines, and policies.
• Provide pertinent information to help with payroll preparation (absences, bonuses, leaves, etc.)
• When required, communicate with public services Handle grievance and complaint procedures appropriately.
• Organise correspondence with applicants and set up interviews.
• Give freshly hired staff their first orientation.
• Help our recruiters locate potential applicants and maintain our database.
