Job-Specific Expectations :
• Ability to handle end to end recruitment cycle effectively.
• Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks. Screen resumes, conduct phone screenings, and evaluate candidates' qualifications, technical skills, and cultural fit.
• To ensure that candidate profiles/skills match the /Organizational needs.
• Screening, short listing, Scheduling Interview, Salary Negotiations & Appointment formalities.
• Create compelling job descriptions and post them on relevant platforms. Ensure job postings accurately reflect the requirements and responsibilities of the position.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system. Update candidate information, track interview feedback, and document recruitment activities.
• Managing pipeline for back up candidates till the candidate is placed.
• Handling mass/bulk recruitment through advertisements, networking, database building and web resources, Campus Hiring.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, define job requirements, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Scheduling drives/interviews, keeping track of the offered candidates to ensure their joining.
• Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
• Maintain digital and electronic records of employees.
• Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks, and issuing employment contracts.
• Assist with performance management procedures.
• Organize different activities/events for employee engagement and a balanced, motivated work environment.
