Job Summary:
The Junior Executive in HR supports various HR operations, from recruitment to employee relations, ensuring smooth HR processes and contributing to a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruitment & Onboarding:
• Assist in job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
• Support new hire onboarding and documentation.
• Employee Records & Administration:
• Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR documentation.
• Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks and support HR projects.
• Employee Relations & Communication:
• Address employee queries and support engagement activities.
• Assist in organizing HR events and training sessions.
• Performance Management:
• Aid in the performance appraisal process and development programs.
• Support the HR team in addressing performance issues.
• Policy & Compliance:
• Ensure adherence to HR policies and labor laws.
• Assist in policy development and implementation.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience: 0-2 years in an HR role.
• Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and MS Office skills. Basic HR knowledge and integrity in handling confidential information.
