Job Title: HR Assistant (Recruitment & Induction)

Location: Nashik(Male)

Job Purpose: As an HR Assistant specializing in Recruitment (Including contract employee) and Induction, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department in attracting, selecting, and onboarding qualified candidates. Your responsibilities will include coordinating recruitment activities, managing candidate databases, conducting initial screenings, and facilitating the induction process for new hires.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment:

o Assist in job posting on various job boards and platforms.

o Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.

o Schedule and coordinate interviews.

o Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications.

o Communicate with candidates promptly and assist with interview logistics.

• Induction:

o Coordinate the induction process for new employees.

o Prepare and distribute induction materials.

o Schedule and conduct induction sessions for new hires.

o Ensure new employees have necessary equipment and access on their first day.

• Administrative Support:

o Maintain and update candidate and employee records.

o Prepare HR-related documents such as employment contracts and offer letters.

o Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed.

o Provide general administrative support to the HR team.

• Compliance:

o Ensure recruitment processes comply with legal requirements and company policies.

o Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR records.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field preferred.
• Proven experience as an HR Assistant, Recruitment Coordinator, or similar role.
• Familiarity with recruitment processes and databases.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Work Time: 8 am to 6.30 pm
