Job description
1. Maintaining the job application materials and documents and ensure about the complete confidentiality
2. Receives phone calls and direct it to the concerned employee.
3. Clerical support for overall operations, including data entry.
4. Maintaining employee attendance, in Time Management System and generate the attendance report in Excel sheet, to be forwarded to the HO, for the salary process.
11. Handling Induction of New Joiner.
12. Offer/ relieve letter & Maintain HR files and employee information in various reports like employee database, employee CV's, preparing all HR letters and certificates etc.
13. Handle Employees Complain & issue and Complain register.
14. Doing the Monthly /Yearly performance appraisals at regular intervals & whenever it requires.
15. Opening of Salary, A/C of New Employees
16. Documentation follows up of new employee as well old employees ETC
17. Scheduled & conducting weekly meeting of staff for effective Interaction.
18. Timely resolution of query received from HO by Co-Coordinating with Staff.
19. Any other activities assigned by the management from time to time.

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
