Talent Acquisition- Finding/ Search qualified Candidates through various web-portal, referral,
Recruitment, carrying out reference checks, Orientaion & Onboarding new candidates.
- Preparing job descriptions, posting ads & manage hiring process.
- Issuing offer and appointment letter etc\xe2\x80\xa6
- Maintain & monitoring employee\xe2\x80\x99s performance, attendance record, EEO data, etc... Review employment & working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
- Providing support to new recruits with facilites & necessary assets.
- Advising on disciplinary & employee performance problems. Etc Etc
