Key Responsibilities: 1. Administrative Support: \xc2\xb7 Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties. \xc2\xb7 Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives. \xc2\xb7 Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies). 2. Recruitment and Onboarding: \xc2\xb7 Assist in posting job openings and scheduling interviews. \xc2\xb7 Assist in the preparation of orientation materials for new hires. \xc2\xb7 Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees. 3. Benefits Administration: \xc2\xb7 Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs. \xc2\xb7 Coordinate with benefits providers to resolve employee issues. 4. Training and Development: \xc2\xb7 Assist in the coordination and implementation of training programs. \xc2\xb7 Maintain training records and schedules. Qualifications: \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. \xc2\xb7 Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail. \xc2\xb7 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. \xc2\xb7 Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). \xc2\xb7 Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
