: Senior HR Executive
Location: Panampilly Nagar, Ernakulam
Reports to: HR Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Senior HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in human resources management, with a proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business goals. The Senior HR Executive will play a critical role in shaping our HR policies, overseeing recruitment processes, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's business objectives.
• Partner with senior management to forecast and plan for future HR needs.
• Provide insights and recommendations on HR best practices.
• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the acquisition of top talent.
• Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to integrate new hires smoothly.
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
• Conduct thorough and objective investigations into employee complaints and grievances.
• Promote a positive work environment and culture.
• Develop and manage performance appraisal systems that drive high performance.
• Provide guidance and support to managers on performance-related issues.
• Implement employee development programs and succession planning.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations.
• Develop and update HR policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to HR policies.
• Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
• Conduct market research to ensure competitive compensation structures.
• Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
• Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• years of experience in human resources management, with at least 4 years in a senior HR role.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
