Position: HR Intern
Job Location: Delhi
Years of Experience: 2 to 7 Years
Travelling Required: Occasional Outstation Travel
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Recruitment Assistance: Assist in posting job advertisements on job portals and social media. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Conduct telephonic interview.
• Orientation and Onboarding: Assist in planning and coordinating orientation programs for new employees. Prepare onboarding materials and ensure a smooth onboarding process and introduce new hires to company policies and culture.
• Data Management: Update and maintain employee records in the HRMS (Human Resource Management System). Generate reports and analyze HR data as required.
• Employee Engagement: Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities and events. Collect and analyze employee feedback to suggest improvements.
• Administrative Support: Manage and maintain HR documents, records, and files. Assist in the preparation and distribution of HR-related correspondence. Support the HR team in various administrative tasks and projects.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• B. Com Graduated
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to manage a Team.
• Desire to learn and grow.
• Conversant with key MS Office applications
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
