Overview:
To be a successful candidate, you must possess exceptional desktop and organizational abilities, a keen eye for details; and excellent communication skills with proven expertise in reading and writing. As an administrative/human recruiting assistant, the need to have a high level of initiative is required, plus the ability to track and manage your tasks together with your respective manager is needed. Your duties include basic administrative tasks such as editing or producing candidates' CVs and resume, creating candidate profiles, processing applications submitted on our ATS, and updating candidate profiles on application tracking systems and leaving notes (breadcrumb), Pipeline status of candidates on ATS.Responsibilities of the Human Resource Administrative Assistant:
