Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations, using HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software.
• Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
• Coordinate new hire orientation sessions and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Assist with employee relations matters by providing administrative support for investigations, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.
• Coordinate employee training and development programs, including scheduling training sessions, tracking attendance, and managing training materials.
• Prepare HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and termination letters, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
• Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits, providing timely and accurate information.
• Assist in the maintenance of HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are up-to-date and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including filing, photocopying, and managing office supplies.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR administrative role.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations preferred.
