We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic IT Recruiter intern to join our team.
:
• Carry out cold-calling in order to create interest in products and services, generate new business leads and arrange meetings.
• Lead generation via cold calling.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoice processing, expense tracking, and vendor management.
• Job posting /Head hunting/resume screening/walkins/Calling etc.
• Joining procedure of new employee (Documentation/Introduction/filing)
• Managing Attendance, Leave Calculation, Employee Performance, PF Related work.
• Administrative Duties: Manage office operations, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
• Assist in maintaining candidate databases and applicant tracking systems an handle the placemnets of candidates.
• Participate in job fairs and networking events to attract potential candidates.
• Able to achieve target in preferred time period.
Experience: 1 to 2 year
Qualification: MBA in HR or Any Degree
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?8,086.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
