Position Title: HR and Admin Assistant

Job Summary:
The HR and Admin Executive is responsible for overseeing and managing the human resources and administrative functions of the organization. This includes recruitment, employee relations, HR compliance, office management, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The role requires excellent organizational, interpersonal, and multitasking skills to support employees and maintain an efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources Responsibilities
• Recruitment & Onboarding:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
• Conduct onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
• Employee Relations:
• Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and resolve workplace issues.
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• HR Compliance & Policies:
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Maintain and update employee records, handbooks, and HR documentation.
• Training & Development:
• Identify training needs and coordinate development programs for employees.
• Assist in performance appraisal processes and employee feedback systems.
• Payroll & Benefits Administration:
• Support payroll processing by providing accurate attendance and leave data.
• Administer employee benefits programs such as health insurance and leave policies.
Administrative Responsibilities
• Office Management:
• Oversee day-to-day office operations, including supplies, maintenance, and vendor management.
• Ensure a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
• Record Keeping & Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records for company assets, office inventory, and documentation.
• Prepare regular reports on HR metrics and administrative activities.
• Event Coordination:
• Organize employee engagement activities, team-building events, and celebrations.
• Manage logistics for meetings, conferences, and other company events.
• Compliance & Support:
• Assist in maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Support management in ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor's / Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in HR and administrative roles.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
Proven experience of 5 years
