Job Summary:

The HR and Administrative Coordinator will play a crucial role in managing human resources functions and providing administrative support to ensure smooth operations within the company. This role requires a detail-oriented and multitasking individual who can handle a variety of responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources:

• Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Onboard new employees, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
• Manage employee benefits administration, including enrollment and answering related queries.
• Support performance management processes, including scheduling reviews and maintaining documentation.
• Handle employee relations matters, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.

Administrative:

• Provide general administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing company events.
• Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
• Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
• Support the management team with various tasks and projects.
• Maintain and update company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in an HR or administrative role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.
• Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
