1. Work on screening resumes and taking telephonic interviews
2. Work on scheduling a face-to-face interview
3. Work on coordinating with employees for all HR-related aspects
4. Work on maintaining proper supervision and control
5. Work on acting as a link between seniors and subordinates to get the work executed
6. Work on ensuring proper completion of work of designated team members
7. Work on providing assistance/ feedback to juniors whenever required
8. Work on negotiating with freelancers and getting freelance samples screened and adding them to the database
9. Work on finding and negotiating with external vendors
10. Work on coordinating with vendors
11. Work on getting invoices from vendor/freelancers
12. Work on maintaining a proper account of work done by freelancers and vendors
13. Work on maintaining office assets and ensuring proper working functioning of office as per standards
14. Work on coordinating with relevant people and getting office assets repaired whenever required
15. Work on generating referrals for job openings and ensuring that the database is updated
