Title: Admin. & HR Manager
Report to: Director of Operations
Work Location: Sector 63, Noida (U.P.)
Responsibilities:
ADMIN PARTS:
Administration policy setup and implementation (security guards, dormitory, cleaning and housekeeping, transportation, etc.).
Deal with all kinds of Business Visa.
Manage all kinds of appointments, such as meetings, trips, customer visit arrangement, hotel, ticket, transportation, and meal related arrangement.
Manage to fill the Office daily consumable, such as office goods, water, paper, tissue, stationery etc.
Monitor and checking 5S of office & factory to make the continuous improvement plan and implement and make 5S a habit and teach others to adhere to established standards to develop a disciplined office environment.
Monitor the security guards to go on the patrol with daily checking on factory safety and risk identified for the prospective improvement actions.
Organize the annual employee satisfaction survey as the basis to improve the admin service.
Plan and implement the all kinds of activities such as annual outing, annual
dinner, annual team building, Birthday Party etc.
HR PARTS:
OrganizationDevelopment
Be total responsible for the plan and implementation of Company strategic planning, policy, and system. Manage the development and execution of short- and long-term operational objectives for the Human Resources Department that are aligned with the strategic and operational plans.
Be responsible for the management of HR & ADM dept., organize and host the daily work. Be responsible for decomposition of the departmental work plans to each team members and monitor& coach the completion of the plan.
Participate in the company's major development projects, provide human resources management information to support for the company's major operation and management decision-making.
Plan, implement the rules and regulations, implementation rules and working procedures of recruiting system, employee training system, welfare system, performance management system, file management system, employee handbook file management system according to the company's concrete conditions.
Performance&Compensation
Review and implementation for the annual salary and benefit adjustment.
Annual human resource budget plan and implementation, including cost of HC increase, compensation, benefit, training, activities etc.
Employees annual performance appraisal policy/procedure review and improvement. Be responsible for the company annual performance appraisal.

EDUCATIONand /orEXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree in Any Specialization Like B.B.A/ B.M.S /B.C.A. / PG MBA/PGDM in HR/Industrial Relations from a college or university
10 - 12 years related Human Resources management experience.
6 to 8 years HR & ADMIN MANAGER level experience.

Excellent verbal & written communication in English

The HR function manager must have the ability to read, analyse and interpret common related HR Legal regulations, HR financial reports and legal documents.
He must have the ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from employees, customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
He must have the ability to effectively present information to company management, employees, or other public groups.
Good HR/IR knowledge and be familiar with local practices in manufacturing/publishing industry.
High level of self-motivation and ability to work independently.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
