1. Human resources services in multiple areas such as recruitment, performance appraisals, promotions, employee benefits, employee relations,
2. Systems and records, termination matters, general administration of faculty and staff.
3. Motivation and utilization of human resources.
4. Responsible for initiating, monitoring and managing all general administrative related matters of the College including functions like security, time office, Compliance, Staff Grievances, etc.
5. Identification of training requirements for the staff. Coordinating with the Faculties/ Staff for smooth conduct of trainings
6. Oversee general maintenance, infrastructural facilities management, procurement, and transportation logistics.
7. Manage building leases and ensure availability of first aid and clinic facilities on campus.
8. Responsible for maintaining systems and records related to human resources and administrative functions.
9. He/ She will be managing all the above-mentioned responsibilities through a dedicated team in both the colleges that will report only to him/her.

Pay: ?1,800,000.00 - ?2,400,000.00 per year
