Coordinate employee's recruitment, onboarding, and termination of full-time, part-time, and temporary employees
Create and maintain master HR files; ensure paperwork is complete and compliant with regulatory requirements
Maintain Payroll records and rectify issues in timely manner
Implement and manage recruitment processes; continuously work on developing the most effective and economical recruitment methods and ensure that they align with current and future needs
Manage day-to-day office operations; oversee and coordinate overall office activities and provide administrative support to the executive leadership
Supervise the acquisition and maintenance of computer equipment and supplies in accordance with purchasing policies and budgetary restrictions
Job Experience:
2+ Years of Experience in HR management and administration.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills and solid proficiency in other common office applications
Working knowledge of administrative and HR procedures and business systems (such as HRMS, timekeeping, fixed asset management, etc.)
Written and oral communication skills
Planning, prioritizing, and organizing
Problem assessment and problem solving
