To be responsible for Employee verification after recruitment of a new staff
To prepare personal documents of offer letter, appointment letter contract renewal etc.
To take care of joining formalities and onboarding process of new employees - Induction.
To be responsible to send new staff/ex staff details like addition/ deletion for accident, ESI, Medical insurance
To do registration for ESIC for new staff and to be responsible to distribute the ESI forms to new staff and assist her/him for registration
To be responsible for preparing list of contract renewal/salary increment of staffs due in a month & prepare letters for them once approved from the Executive Director
To be responsible for up keeping of the documents pertaining to HR.
To ensure timely up to date information and reports to concern departments. .
Update the organogram monthly
To ensure that the all new recruits are inducted into the organizational culture and respective job roles
To provide regular reports as when required
To assist the line manager for AGB and GB meetings as per the Management requirements
To maintain details of ex-staff & provide staff reference when require
To maintain a database of all the employees of the organization / HR filing system. Responsible to maintain confidentiality of staff details
To update and develop a Personnel database for speedy retrieval of information, data Security & to be responsible for up keeping of the documents pertaining to Admin & HR.
To be responsible for completing HR procedures once staff resigns/preparing relieving letters and experience certificate
Responsible for booking tickets for Travel and accommodation as per the requirement for staffs, students and guests.
