Job Description

Qualification : Any degree or (MBA in HR preferable)

Minimum 0-3 years experience preferred.

Should have Recruitment skill, good communication skills, organizational skill, team management, problem solving skill etc..

Relevant knowledge in MS Office, PF, ESI and statutory allowances.

HR & Admin Officer will be responsible for ensure in grand supporting the day-to-day HR & Admin activities of the organization and handling the entire Human Resources department. HR & Admin officer must ensure the proper functioning of all the branches by making necessary required arrangements necessary for the smooth operations of the business. He is also responsible for handling the entire lifecycle of an employee from recruitment to exit process and maintaining a quality working environment in the organization.

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?23,000.00 per month
