Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding new employees.
• Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and make hiring recommendations.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities.

• Handle employee grievances, disputes, and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Promote positive employee relations through effective communication and conflict resolution.
• Performance Management:
• Develop and implement performance evaluation processes.
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance improvement plans.
• Training and Development:
• Identify training needs and organize training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
• Support career development initiatives and succession planning.
• Compensation and Benefits:
• Administer employee compensation and benefits programs.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry standards.
• Administrative Management:
• Office Administration:
• Oversee day-to-day office operations and procedures.
• Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
• Travel and Logistics:
• Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for employees.
• Handle logistics for meetings, conferences, and special events.
• Records and Information Management:
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
• Health and Safety:
• Implement health and safety protocols and procedures.
• Conduct safety inspections and ensure a safe working environment.
• Compliance and Policy Development:
• Legal Compliance:
• Stay updated on labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
• Ensure company policies and procedures comply with legal requirements.
• Policy Development:
• Develop and update HR policies, employee handbook, and administrative procedures.
• Communicate policies to employees and ensure understanding and adherence.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in HR roles with knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office Suite.
