:Role/ Job Title: HR Analytics ManagerFunction/ Department: Human Resources.Job Purpose:As a part of Employee Experience team individual need to Manage and utilize the Tableau platform to extract meaningful insights from it and share with business on a regular interval and collect data from various sources, normalizing it, and highlighting data gaps.Roles & Responsibilities:

• Works on development of new Tableau dashboards, maintaining existing ones.
• Develop Tableau dashboards using various data sources like MS SQL , AWS , Dremio etc which will lead to actionable business insights.
• Document process, data codes, data repository, data request, logbook for audit and learning purpose.
• Ensure seamless execution, increased productivity, FTR, error free execution.
• Drive automation wherever possible and reduce human calculations by automating the dashboards.
• Understanding business requirements and plan solution to address data needs.
• End to end dashboard design expertise from dashboard design/development to deployment and maintenance.
• Collect, refine, and prepare data for analytics and visualization.
• Manage and utilize the Tableau platform to extract meaningful insights from it and share with business on a regular interval.
• Prepare reports using various visualization and data modelling methods.
• Partner with IT Teams and business for accessing and developing data sources.
• Collecting data from various sources, normalizing it, and highlighting data gaps.
• Define access control and implement security measures wherever required.
• Improve overall process in requirement gathering and data management, collection, and entire product life cycle.
• Actively manage the performance and usability of Tableau to get the desired results.
• Lision with data & analytics team to support on creating prediction models.

Education Qualification:Graduation: Bachelor\'s in Engineering / Technology / Commerce / Arts / Science / Biology / Business / Computers / Management.Post-graduation: MBA / PGDMExperience: 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in Tableau and tableau Prep.
