Job Summary The Manager Human Resource (HR) Analytics will collect, compile, and analyze HR data, metrics, and statistics.


Location Mumbai


Roles and Responsibilities
• Responsible for Global HR reporting & Analytics in the organization.
• Compile HR data and metrics from the human resource information system (HRIS) and payroll outputs
• Organizing, auditing, cleansing and maintaining HR data & metrics.
• Responsible for data management, analytical and HR systems support to various stakeholders.
• Preparing monthly, weekly reports for stakeholders on People metrics like Headcount, Attrition, Hires, Compliance & Performance Management.
• Design reports and dashboards to measure recruiting performance such as diversity hiring, source mix, ageing & hiring funnel
• Publishing weekly and monthly recruitment dashboard for various stakeholders
• Reporting, Tracking & Monitoring team cost, Recruitment cost & other HR Costs
• Annual hiring synopsis report for business units
• Managing data pool of talent & processing for recruitment.
• Support recruiting processes with data and statistics for trends and patterns
• Prepare reports of data results and dashboard for senior leadership presentation.
• Analysis and presentation on recruitment process, performance, initiatives & improvement areas
• Ensuring effective performance optimization of all team members, ensuring all KPIs are set and appropriate development plans are devised and mentoring is provided as required.




Requirements and skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong data analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PPT.




Education and Experience
• Minimum Bachelor's degree.
• At least 5 years of experience in MIS / Data Analytics.
