Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment Strategy
Collaborate with the Program Manager and Promoter to identify hiring needs and implement effective recruitment strategies.
2. End-to-End Recruitment
Manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, and on boarding processes to efficiently fill technical and non-technical roles.
3. Stakeholder Collaboration
Work directly with leadership to ensure recruitment efforts align with business objectives.
4. Candidate Experience
Provide clear communication and foster a positive experience for candidates throughout the hiring process.
5. On boarding
Facilitate smooth integration of new hires through role-specific training and orientation programs.
6. Workforce Planning
Track hiring metrics and anticipate staffing needs to support business growth.
Experience & SkillsIndustry Experience
3+ years of experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition roles, preferably in small or growing organizations.
Prior experience hiring for manufacturing or electronics industries (e.g., EMS, PCBA) is highly advantageous.
