Come help us make every talent moment Phenomenal!Role Overview:As an HR Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in gathering and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data related to various HR functions. Your expertise in data management, analysis, and visualization will contribute to enhancing HR operations and decision-making processes. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with HR policies, generating insightful reports, and identifying opportunities for process improvement. Collaborating with HR Business Partners and stakeholders will be crucial to effectively communicate insights and contribute to overall HR strategies.Key Responsibilities:1. Data Management and Analysis:

  • Collect, update, and manage employee information in HRIS tools (Namely & GreytHR).
  • Maintain accurate attendance records, insurance details, and shift data.
  • Perform data entry and updates with high accuracy and within specified timelines.
  • Ensure data completeness and integrity for generating reports and analysis.
2. Reporting and Analytics:
  • Generate and distribute monthly headcount reports.
  • Prepare attendance reports on a daily basis for department leaders and HRBP.
  • Create reports for MBRs, including Absenteeism Rate, Churn Rate, and Training Attendance.
  • Develop predictive models to forecast HR-related outcomes.
3. Process Improvement:
  • Identify areas for process enhancement by analyzing data and providing data-driven suggestions.
  • Implement solutions to optimize HR operations and enhance efficiency.
  • Monitor the impact of process improvements on HR outcomes.
4. Compliance and Communication:
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations, particularly SOC Audits.
  • Generate and share regular compliance reports with HR management.
  • Collaborate with HRBP members and stakeholders to communicate data-driven insights and updates effectively.
5. Performance Management:
  • Initiate and monitor probationary reviews and quarterly reviews for employees.
  • Analyze progress trends in accordance with different departments.
  • Share timely and accurate reports on employee performance.
6. Transportation Reports:
  • Provide monthly transportation utilization reports, including one-way, two-way utilization effectiveness, and concerns raised.
  • Ensure data accuracy and submit reports within specified timelines.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • 3-5 years of experience as an HR Analyst or similar role.
  • Master\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
  • Proficiency in HRIS tools, especially Namely & GreytHR.
  • Advanced knowledge of MIS, Excel, Google Sheets, and Data Visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to draw meaningful insights from data.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Familiarity with HR operations, policies, and regulations.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
