Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including creating job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating offers.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Maintain a talent pipeline and proactively source candidates through various channels.
Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
Conduct orientation sessions and assist with paperwork
Develop and implement strategic plans for talent acquisition and administration functions.
Manage company assets, including office equipment, furniture, and technology.
Oversee facility management, including space allocation, maintenance, and improvements.
Run day-to-day office operations, ensuring a well-organized and efficient workplace.
Coordinate office supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships.
Responsible for employee engagement activities.
Proficient in using social media platforms for recruitment and employer branding.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in talent acquisition is essential, and experience in administration roles is a plus.
Familiarity with recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and HR software.
Ability to conduct team-building activities and foster a positive work culture.
Proficiency in social media platforms for recruitment and employer branding.
Male candidates are preferred due to potential outdoor work requirements.
Compensation:
Salary: \xe2\x82\xb912,000 to \xe2\x82\xb913,000 (in-hand)
