Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices, processes and all related duties on a professional level and works closely with senior management in supporting the organization. This role ensures the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: recruitment, benefits administration, policy implementation, performance management, employee relations, etc.
The Responsibilities are :-
1) Develop and implement recruiting plans and perform screening process for interview.
2) Organize training sessions and monitor and evaluate training effectiveness. 3) Stay updated with current HR policies and procedures.
4) Maintain employee records and prepare HR reports.
5) Oversee payroll processes and coordinate all departments.
6) Maintain knowledge of industry trends and employment legislation.
