Job Description


Providing generalist HR support to employees and managers, assisting in the administration and execution of
HR policies, processes, and programs, and contributing to a positive and productive workplace culture.

  • Facilitate new employee onboarding, ensuring smooth transitions and a positive introduction to the company culture.
  • Taking care of site Employee engagement & communication platforms.
  • Hiring, Termination, and Payroll processing for contingent workers.
  • Manage the entire Time Office & Leave Management in Kronos & Workday.
  • Ensure that the companyxe2x80x99s practices comply with local Labor laws, regulations, and employment standards.
  • Monitor changes in Labor legislation and industry practices, advising management on any legal implications for company policies or practices.
  • Conduct Contractor & Site audits and assessments to ensure HR and IR practices align with legal requirements and industry standards.
  • Preparing & Maintaining compliance registers w.r.t Payment of Wages Act, BOCW Act, Factory Act, Minimum Wages Act, The Payment of Gratuity Act, Haryana Maternity Benefit Rules, Labour Welfare Fund Act, Equal Remuneration Act, Employment Exchange Act, National Festival Holidays Act, Contract Labour Act, Pollution, Bonus Act, The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibitions and Redressal) Act, 2013, ASI Return & other applicable Laws.
  • Preparation and Timely submission of Returns under applicable Labour & other applicable Laws.
  • Audit & Inspection xe2x80x93 Under applicable act & certification body.
  • Ensure site licensing complies with local Labor laws and regulations.
  • Assist with the implementation and communication of new HR policies, ensuring adherence across the organization.
  • Monitor and report on the status of ongoing grievances, compliance activities, and license/permitting status to senior management.
  • Assist in training programs and workshops to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Assist with conducting employee surveys or other methods to gauge workforce sentiment and identify potential IR issues early.
  • Responsible for Site Emergency Response, HR Capital Expenditure & Vendor Management, and administration of employee benefits including loans, mobile allowances, insurance, marriage, birthday, and long service awards, etc
