about the role1. Job PurposeThe role of the HR advisor is responsible to provide a single-point-of-contact support for handling all HR transactions, queries and requests through case mgt. tool and other areas \xc2\xb7 This role is also responsible to liaise with employees, managers & local HR team globally to help resolve queries2. Key Result AreasReceive HR queries through case management tool and other areas. Provide solutions to employees & managers globally as per company HR policies & procedure across employee life cycle.Deliver transactional support on complex matters like recruitment process, reward & recognition, performance, HR Admin & termination process.Manage payroll of one / two countries depending on size of the country.Manage various dashboards and reports.Manage projects for automation / digitization of various HR activities.Adhere to HR processes and manages the integrity and security of employment data.Adhere to service level agreements & KPIs defined for all HR activities.Maintain FAQ & HR documentation up to date (FAQ,DWI, & HR Portal)Deliver high level of quality & accuracy for the transactions processed.Identify and report process issues and propose solutions for streamlining, improving global standard processes.about youEducational Qualifications \xc2\xb7 Bachelor level degreeRelevant Experience\xc2\xb7 at least 3 to 4 year of experience.Desired technical skills/knowledge\xc2\xb7 strong Microsoft excel, power point and access skills\xc2\xb7 HR tools knowledge PIMS, AMS, Performance, CRM etc.Soft skills/knowledge\xc2\xb7 excellent communication skills with command over written and spoken English\xc2\xb7 customer centric approach\xc2\xb7 self-motivated, great follow through, requires little oversight\xc2\xb7 eye for detail\xc2\xb7 prompt, agile,adaptable, smart, dynamicadditional informationdepartmentHuman Resources & Employee ExpOrange Business manages and integrates the complexity of international communications, freeing our customers to focus on the strategic initiatives that drive their business.
