Job Summary: The HR Administrator plays a vital role in supporting the human resources department and ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes and procedures within the real estate company. This position is responsible for handling administrative tasks related to recruitment, employee onboarding, record-keeping, and compliance to support the organization\'s HR functions effectively. Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support:
Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication with candidates.
Maintain applicant tracking systems and databases to track recruitment activities and candidate statuses.
Prepare and distribute offer letters, employment contracts, and other recruitment-related documentation.
Employee Onboarding and Offboarding:
Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including preparing welcome packages, conducting orientation sessions, and facilitating completion of new hire paperwork.
Process employee terminations and conduct exit interviews, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Update employee records and systems to reflect changes in employment status, such as promotions, transfers, or terminations.
HR Administration and Documentation:
Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations, in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) or other databases.
Prepare and distribute HR-related correspondence, such as employment verification letters, disciplinary notices, and policy updates.
Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and regulations by maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR documentation and records.
Benefits Administration:
Assist in administering employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
Facilitate enrollment, changes, and terminations of employee benefits, and communicate benefit options and updates to employees as needed.
Act as a liaison between employees and benefits providers to resolve issues and address inquiries related to benefits.
Employee Relations Support:
Provide administrative support for employee relations activities, such as performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Assist in conducting employee surveys, analyzing feedback, and recommending improvements to enhance employee satisfaction and engagement.
Compliance and Reporting:
Assist in ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, including EEO (Equal Employment Opportunity) requirements, ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) accommodations, and FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act) provisions.
Generate HR reports and metrics to track key performance indicators, such as turnover rates, recruitment metrics, and diversity statistics.
Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in human resources or real estate.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels.
