Job Description


:Wood is hiring for HR Administrator for HR Global Shared Services-Gurgaon location. Looking for a proactive incumbent who is responsible and takes accountability of their work. Can collaborate with different teams and deliver the outcome smoothly to the stakeholders. The incumbent will be responsible for the below activities-

  • Management of Spot Bonus Award across regions
  • Disability management administration.
  • Enrolment / Deletion of employees to/from the Health & Life insurance eligibility list.
  • Generation of the list of eligible employees for Annual Salary Review per country, letter generation and issuance
Responsibilities:Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
  • Management of the Spot Bonus Award across various regions.
  • Administration of disability management.
  • Enrollment and removal of employees to/from the Health & Life Insurance eligibility list.
  • Creation of the list of employees eligible for the Annual Salary Review by country, including the generation and distribution of letters.
Additionally, the employee will collaborate with the following internal and external parties:
  • HR Shared Service teams in Delhi.
  • HR Services team in the designated support area.
  • Broader HR teams, as appropriate.
  • Payroll team.
  • Any relevant third parties.
This role is primarily accountable for following all instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPS) and checklists to completion as prepared by the P&O Services team in supporting designated country/area.Success in the role will be determined by the degree of accuracy with which the incumbent completes assigned tasks in accordance with the agreed Service Level Agreement.The incumbent is encouraged to participate in continuous improvement and to be able to recommend any process efficiencies that they think may exist through customer feedback and experience. This also includes highlighting any inefficiency.Qualifications:QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCEQualifications:
  • Business or HR Degree or relevant qualification is ideal, but not essential.
  • Guidance please - English qualification to achieve candidates with a high degree of written/spoken English.
  • Strong skills in Excel and Word.
Job specific experience:
  • Expertise in managing Compensation & Benefit activities.
  • Knowledge of HRIS tools (Oracle preferred), case management tools and exposure to a shared service center environment.
  • Possess initiative & drive, with strong desire to continuously improve process and deliver within agreed objective/ Service Level.
  • Previous experience in data entry and maintaining data integrity with confidential information.
  • Preparing documents following templates and instructions to ensure accuracy.
