We are seeking a highly capable HR & Admin Officer to join our team and provide comprehensive support to our Human Resources department.
As an HR & Admin Officer, you will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day HR, administrative, and payroll operations of our organization.
You will be responsible for supporting our human resources processes, overseeing administrative tasks, and ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll.
This role demands a high level of confidentiality, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
• Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and preparing job offers.
• Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data, etc.) according to policy and legal requirements.
• Answer employees' queries and resolve issues related to HR, benefits, and employment policies.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Assist with the planning and execution of company events and employee engagement activities.
• Organize and oversee the execution of office events, team-building activities, and initiatives aimed at creating a vibrant, engaging, and happy workplace. This includes arranging cheerful moments, celebrating employee milestones, and creating an environment that fosters a sense of belonging and fun.
Administration:
• Provide general administrative support including but not limited to preparing reports, handling correspondence, and scheduling meetings.
• Ensure office supplies are maintained, including stocking of office supplies and placing orders when necessary.
• Assist in maintaining the office environment to ensure it is safe and operational.
• Manage travel arrangements and accommodations for staff when required.
• Support the management team with administrative tasks as needed.
Payroll:
• Process payroll in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws and best practices.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports of payroll transactions.
• Address and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee payroll queries.
• Assist with payroll audits and recommend corrective actions as necessary.
• Coordinate with HR and finance to ensure accurate and timely reporting of payroll-related financial information.
Requirements and skills:
• BBA/MBA in Human Resources Management or relevant field
• Work Hours: This position requires a punctual and dedicated individual who is available to work from 9:45 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
• While we value work-life balance, the dynamic nature of your job role occasionally requires you to be available for administrative tasks or special projects during weekends.
• Work experience as an HR & Admin Officer, HR Administrative Assistant, or similar role
• Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
• Basic knowledge of labor legislation
• Experience using spreadsheets
• Organizational skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
