We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Administrator (Admin cum HR Professional) to join our dynamic team at a leading construction company based in Kowdiar, Trivandrum. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day office operations, handling human resources functions including recruitment, payroll, and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and ensure the smooth running of the office environment, ensuring all administrative tasks handled efficiently.
Organize meetings, appointments, and company events.
Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is in working order.
Handle recruitment processes by posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
Manage payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
Maintain employee records, ensuring all documents are updated and secure.
Assist with project coordination, making sure teams stay informed about project progress and timelines.
Provide necessary administrative support to the team for various ongoing projects and tasks.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Administrator, HR professional, or similar role in a construction or related industry.
Experience in office management, HR functions (recruitment, payroll, employee relations), and customer/client interaction is preferred.
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to interact with clients and employees at all levels.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Familiarity with basic HR software and office management tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks
A degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration , or a related field is preferred.
