HR & ADMIN EXECUTIVE As an HR Administrator at Catalysta, you will play a crucial role in supporting the human resources functions of our dynamic and fast-paced digital marketing environment. You will be responsible for handling various HR tasks, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, contributing to effective administrative operations, and fostering a positive workplace environment. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment and Onboarding: Coordinate and assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate assessments. Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the company culture. Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations. Ensure compliance with data protection laws and maintain confidentiality of employee information. HR Policies and Compliance: Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, and stay updated on industry trends. Training and Development: Coordinate training sessions and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Identify opportunities for professional growth and career development within the organization. Employee Relations: Address employee concerns and grievances in a timely and confidential manner. Promote a positive work environment and act as a liaison between employees and management. Performance Management: Support the performance appraisal process by collecting feedback, assisting in goal-setting, and maintaining performance records. HR Reporting: Generate and analyze HR-related reports for management, providing insights into key HR metrics. Attendance and Leave Management: Monitor and manage employee attendance, ensuring accurate records are maintained. Administer leave policies and processes, including approval and documentation. Event Coordination: Organize company events, team-building activities, and employee engagement initiatives. Office Administration: \xe2\x97\x8f Answering and directing office phone calls and emails \xe2\x97\x8f Managing and organizing files and documents \xe2\x97\x8f Scheduling appointments and responsible for coordinating online, and offline meetings \xe2\x97\x8f Drafting and editing reports, meeting minutes, correspondence, and other written materials Finance administration work: You will assist with the company\'s finances, including tracking expenses, preparing invoices, and reconciling accounts. Qualifications: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven 2 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role. Knowledge of HR processes, policies, and employment laws. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
