Job Title: Manager - HR & Administration

Location: Aligarh

Department: Human Resources & Administration

Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager - HR & Administration to oversee and manage both blue-collar and white-collar workforces. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling all HR activities from hire to retire, including recruitment, training, ESIC and PF handling, and addressing day-to-day queries. This role requires a proactive individual with strong leadership and organizational skills to ensure efficient and effective HR and administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources Management:

• Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for both blue-collar and white-collar positions, including sourcing, reviewing, and hiring candidates.
• Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
• Training & Development: Plan and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and productivity. Coordinate with departments to identify training needs and develop appropriate training sessions.
• Employee Benefits Management: Administer employee benefits programs, including ESIC, PF, and other statutory benefits. Ensure timely and accurate processing of benefits.
• Performance Management: Develop and manage performance appraisal systems to ensure employee performance aligns with organizational goals.
• Employee Relations: Address and resolve employee queries and issues, maintaining a positive and productive workplace environment.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including maintaining accurate employee records and handling legal and regulatory requirements.
• HR Policies & Procedures: Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives and legal requirements.
• Employee Engagement: Foster a culture of employee engagement through various initiatives and programs to enhance job satisfaction and retention.

Administration:

• Day-to-Day Operations: Oversee the daily administrative operations, ensuring smooth functioning of office activities.
• Facility Management: Manage office facilities, including maintenance, security, housekeeping, and inventory control.
• Vendor Management: Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and supplies.
• Employee Welfare: Organize and manage employee welfare activities, including health and safety programs, employee assistance programs, and recreational activities.

Technical Proficiencies:

• Proficient in HR software and tools for managing employee records, payroll, and benefits administration.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• MBA in Human Resource Management or a related discipline is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and administration roles, with a focus on managing blue-collar and white-collar workforces.
• In-depth knowledge of labor laws, ESIC, PF, and other statutory benefits.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement and operational efficiency.
• Strong team leadership and people management abilities.

Professional Experience:

• Proven track record in HR management, including recruitment, training, employee benefits administration, and compliance. Having 2 years of experience in Hardware industry is a plus.
• Experience in managing both blue-collar and white-collar workforces.
• Familiarity with handling ESIC, PF, and other statutory benefits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
