Roles & Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment process (posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews).
Conduct new hire orientations and facilitate the onboarding process.
Maintain accurate employee records, including contracts, performance reviews.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies regarding employee records.
Administer employee benefits programs (health, retirement, etc.) and support benefits.
Assist in resolving employee relations issues and promoting a positive workplace culture.
Coordinate employee training and development programs.
Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment to ensure an organized workspace.
Coordinate office maintenance and liaise with third-party vendors for repairs and services.
Schedule meetings, conference calls, and video conferences for staff and management.
Assist in organizing company events, team-building activities, and office functions.Qualifications:
Bachelors /Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
preferred. Relevant HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
2+ years of experience in a human resources or administrative role.
Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
