Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Administration:
Oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of the office.
Supervise and coordinate administrative staff across multiple development centers.
Manage executive schedules, including travel arrangements, appointments, and external communications.
Maintain and manage office supplies, ensuring adequacy and placing timely orders.
Prepare detailed reports on operational expenses, budgeting, and office activities.
Develop and maintain comprehensive company databases to ensure quick and secure access to information.
Uphold the office\xe2\x80\x99s condition and adhere to company standards.
  • Human Resources:
Manage contracts, payroll, and benefits for employees, focusing on compliance and satisfaction.
Support performance management and employee development initiatives tailored for IT personnel.
Facilitate conflict resolution and foster an environment of open communication and employee engagement.
  • Communications and Coordination:
Serve as the principal liaison between company departments, international headquarters, and external partners.
Organize important company events and meetings across various locations, ensuring seamless execution.
Experience:
At least 5 years of relevant experience in office administration with HR responsibilities, specifically within the IT and software sectors.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

MBA from a reputed university.
Proven experience in office administration and HR, specifically within IT services and software product companies.
Deep understanding of office management and operations within a tech-driven environment.
Experience in managing staff and operations across different geographical locations.
Proficiency with MS Office, advanced database management, and other IT systems.
Exceptional organizational and leadership capabilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all company levels.
Goal-driven professional with a robust ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Education:
Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business administration (MBA).
