Job Title : HR & Admin
Location: Thanjavur (or) Tanjore
Salary: ?15,000 to ?22,000 per month
Experience: 1+ years in HR
Shifts Timing : Either 11 am to 8 pm OR 12 pm to 9 pm
Qualification : Any graduation with mandatory HR experience
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Recruitment: Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Payroll Management: Manage payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate salary processing.
- Attendance Management: Monitor and manage employee attendance records.
- Onboarding and Exit: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires and manage exit formalities for departing employees.
- Employee Grievance Addressing: Address and resolve employee grievances and issues in a timely manner.
- Administrative Tasks: Assign roles and tasks for the day and monitor the performance of sub-staff.
- Shift Management: Assign shifts for all staff members in the organization.
- Support Management: Assist the management in finalizing marketing strategies, offer planning, and pricing.
Skills Required:
- Convincing Skills: Ability to persuade and motivate employees.
- Product Understanding: Knowledge of company products and services.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Follow-up: Diligent in following up on tasks and responsibilities.
- Sales Skills: Basic understanding of sales processes and techniques.
- Business Development: Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Institutional Sales: Experience in dealing with institutional clients is a plus.
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to organize tasks and manage time effectively.
