Job Title: HR Administrator
Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team. The HR Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting various human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and HR compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:
• Recruitment Support:
• Assist with job posting, candidate sourcing, and applicant tracking.
• Schedule interviews, coordinate candidate communication, and facilitate the interview process.
• Assist with background checks, reference checks, and employment verifications.
• Employee Onboarding:
• Coordinate new hire orientation sessions and ensure completion of required paperwork.
• Prepare new hire welcome packages and assist with the setup of new employee profiles in HR systems.
• Serve as a point of contact for new employees and provide assistance with onboarding questions.
• HR Record-Keeping:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, benefits enrollment forms, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with record-keeping requirements and data privacy regulations.
• Benefits Administration:
• Assist with benefits enrollment processes, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits coverage, eligibility, and enrollment procedures.
• Coordinate with benefits providers and vendors to resolve issues and ensure timely processing of benefit-related transactions.
• HR Compliance:
• Assist in ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Monitor changes in employment legislation and assist with updating HR policies and procedures as needed.
• Assist with HR audits and investigations as directed by HR management.
• Employee Relations:
• Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and requests for HR support.
• Assist with resolving employee relations issues through effective communication and conflict resolution strategies.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive employee matters.
• General Administrative Support:
• Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, preparing correspondence, and organizing HR-related events.
• Assist with HR projects and initiatives as assigned by HR management.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in HR administration or related roles.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
