Position: Manager - HR & AdminCompany Overview: Our client is a leading producer of Sponge Iron, Billets, TMT Bars, and Power in Jharsuguda, Odisha. With a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction, our client has established itself as a trusted name in the industry.: We are looking for an experienced Manager - HR & Admin to join our client's team in Jharsuguda, Odisha. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and Administration, with experience in the manufacturing industry.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with the company's goals and objectives.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the timely hiring of qualified candidates.
• Conduct training and development programs to enhance the skills of employees.
• Oversee the performance appraisal process and provide feedback and guidance to employees.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all legal requirements.
• Handle employee grievances and disciplinary issues in a fair and timely manner.
• Manage payroll, benefits, and compensation packages.
• Ensure a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.
• Oversee the administration function, including office maintenance, security, and housekeeping.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for various services.
• Maintain and update the Light House ERP system to ensure accurate and timely data management.
• Provide support to senior management in strategic decision-making and planning.

Qualifications:

• MBA/PGDIRPM or equivalent degree in Human Resource Management.
• 10-15 years of experience in HR and administration, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
• Familiarity with Light House ERP or similar HR management software.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of managing and developing a team.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Willingness to relocate to Jharsuguda, Odisha.
