Job Title: HR & Admin Manager Function: HR & Admin Location: Daman Job Profile . HR 1. Recruitment and Entire On-boarding of New Joinees 2. Maintaining and updating all the HR processes and procedures 3. Participate in developing goals, objectives and systems for the depts. Across the entire organization. 4. Thorough check on compensation structure and salary audit 5. Creating and Updating SOP of Factory department wise and ensuring SOP is implemented by all depts. 6. Preparing KRA\'s, updating them, competency mapping across depts. 7. Develop, recommend and implement HR Policies and Procedures, prepare handbooks, annual re-evaluations, etc. 8. Conduct Recruitment efforts, advertisements for the same, coordination with the dept heads, and new employee orientation program. 9. Career path programs for employees, employee relation counseling, conducting exit interviews, employee referral programs. 10. Ensuring timely updates on dept records and reports, meetings, seminars, etc. 11. Evaluate reports, decisions, and results of dept. initiatives in relation to established goals. 12. Any other new updates and upgrading latest and innovative HR initiatives. 13. Ensure Factory Server Access is assigned to New Joiners. 14. Ensure regular updating of Workstation Layout and assigning it to our staff respectively. 15. Monitoring and Updating the Org Charts on a daily basis. 16. To conduct HOD\'s meeting daily and draft minutes of meeting (MOM): i. Task defined for the day. ii. Task implementation by respective Team members. iii. To Monitor and ensure Task is completed on time. 17. Ensure to check the Daily Activity Report (DAR) and the observations to the MD about tasks assigned and tasks completed. 18. Daily attendance report and daily late coming report to be sent by 11am. . FACTORY CAFETERIA AND ADMINISTRATION: Responsible for monitoring & controlling the entire Staff accommodation. Supervise staff in accordance with company policies and procedures which come under his/her department. Coordinating with other departments for executing & resolving issues at Staff accommodation. 1. Maintain all-time decorum and Factory cleanliness. Ensure the Housekeeping Roster is duly signed at regular intervals. 2. Ensure Cafeteria & Food Timetable is followed as per guidelines given by the Cafeteria Team. 3. Ensure the Food Policy is implemented. 4. Checking & Handling grievance register i.e., complaints received from employees to be updated on daily basis. . HOUSEKEEPING 1.Cleaning Material: to keep a tab when the same need to be procured and accordingly inform the same to the management 2. Allocation of work as per the tracker made for the Housekeeping Supervisors Zone wise and monitoring their work daily. 3. Schedule for Houseman - Ensure cleaning is done on a daily basis and maintain decorum. 4. Ensure all accommodation is clean and maintained on a daily basis - zone wise. Regular update to the Management in case of any issues. 5. Update the Occupancy List and also monitor the YTJ with the placement of the staff and work as per the checklist given and processes to be followed of taking undertaking of the joiners. 6. Daily reports to be sent to the management which will consist of: - i. Maintenance undertaken today, complaints closed and pending with reasons for not getting closed. ii. Cleaning undertaken by the Houseman/caretakers- said report to be taken from the Supervisors - allocated zone wise & to monitor them daily. iii. Occupancy list to be updated. iv. YTJ placements if any for the next day. 7. Pest control schedule. 8. Stock register /Gas register /Maintenance register to be updated. 9. Cash requirement if any to be taken approvals. 10. Ensure Board room is always functional. . SECURITY 1. Monitoring and Implementation of Security Daily Roster 2. Checking Security register for incoming and outgoing of Goods and other Company assets. In addition to the above-mentioned duties and job functions, any other assignment given on an occasional basis or daily basis by the immediate superior or the management.
