• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Conduct exit interviews
• Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, including team-building activities, events, and recognition programs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
• Handle HR-related documentation and record-keeping.
• Knowledge of ESI, PF, Labour Welfare
• Time Office Management

Requirements \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. \xc2\xb7 2-3 years of progressive experience in HR roles. \xc2\xb7 Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices. \xc2\xb7 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. \xc2\xb7 Can Handle Pressure Male Candidate Required Job Type: Full-time Pay: \xe2\x82\xb9250,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb9300,000.00 per year Benefits:
